There are several things we take into concideration.
1. How many posts you have.
Pretty active around the site? Well your face rank will be better than those that don't make themselves known.
2. Who all is talking about you?
We will try and keep up with who's talking about who and estimate how many times you've been talked about. This will also boost your Face Ranks. The best way to get noticed is to be a Kicker and have good feeds.
3. You karma. We will also estimate how good your karma is compared to others and add that in with getting your face rank.
NOTE THAT YOUR KARMA IS NOT YOUR FACE RANK. IT IS MERELY HOW PEOPLE RATE YOU.
